1. Introduction

Welcome to Vacancies in Ghana. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any other services provided by Vacancies in Ghana ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including but not limited to employers, job seekers, and other visitors.

2. Definitions

  • "Service" refers to the applications, services, and websites provided by Vacancies in Ghana.
  • "User", "You", and "Your" refer to the individual or entity that registers with us to use the Services.

5.1 User Content

8.1 Termination by Vacancies in Ghana

9. Job Seeker Responsibilities and Due Diligence

9.1 Due Diligence

  • Job seekers must conduct their own due diligence before applying for any job listings on the Service.
  • Vacancies in Ghana does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of any job listing or employer information.

9.2 Monetary Transactions

  • Job seekers should not make any monetary transactions with any employer or third party without the explicit consent of Vacancies in Ghana.
  • Vacancies in Ghana is not liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of monetary transactions conducted without our consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • In no event shall Vacancies in Ghana, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
    • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
    • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
    • Any content obtained from the Service;
    • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
  • Vacancies in Ghana's liability to you for any damages arising from or related to these Terms and your use of the Service will at all times be limited to the amount paid by you to Vacancies in Ghana for using the Service, or $100 if you have not had any payment obligations to Vacancies in Ghana, as applicable.

    • Your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password;
    • A breach of these Terms;
    • Content posted on the Service.
