Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Prepare project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and local authorities.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage project risks and resolve any issues that arise.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work aligns with specifications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management within the construction or civil engineering sector.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of project management tools and software.
- Ability to work on-site in Ada and manage local teams effectively.
