  • Employers must comply with our Terms and Conditions and accurately describe job postings. Any discrepancies or fraudulent activities reported will be subject to review and possible action, including the denial of refunds.
  • Employers should reach out to Vacancies In Ghana for services such as outsourcing, payroll, and any other services not explicitly listed on the website or mobile app before making any financial commitment.

6.1 User Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vacancies In Ghana, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement by you or any third party using your account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

  • Employers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vacancies In Ghana, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from job postings, employment offers, or any related transactions facilitated through the Service.
