University of Calgary Undergraduate Scholarship 2025 for International Students

This award is offered annually to international undergraduate students entering their first year of any degree program in the upcoming fall term, provided they meet the university’s English Language Proficiency requirement.

The award is renewable for the second, third, and fourth years at the University of Calgary, as long as recipients maintain a minimum GPA of 2.60 over at least 24.00 units in the previous fall and winter terms and continue to pay the international differential tuition fee.

Requirements for University of Calgary Scholarship Program

Applicants are to meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Awarded annually to international students starting their first year of any undergraduate program in the upcoming fall term.
• Must meet the university’s English Language Proficiency requirement.
• Renewable for the second, third, and fourth years at the University of Calgary.
• To renew, students must maintain a GPA of 2.60 or higher over at least 24.00 units in the previous fall and winter terms.
• Students must continue paying the international student tuition fee.
• Based on academic performance.
• Available to students who are not Canadian citizens or Permanent Residents of Canada and are to pay international tuition fees.

Benefits

The scholarship benefit amounts to $20,000 (Renewable) to cover the tuition fees of the selected candidates
