Amongst a couple of educational support initiatives organised by the Foundation, we are  set to kick-start the Back-to-school drive and Undergraduate scholarship program .

The back to school initiative aims at supporting pupils/students in public schools with essential books, writing materials, shoes, bags etc.

While the Scholarship program is targeted at  undergraduates in Nigerian public tertiary institutions.

These would enable pupils and students to enjoy basic and quality education.

Eligibility Requirements

Interested candidates must:

• Be in their 2nd year or above in a Nigerian Public Tertiary Institution (University, Polytechnic or Colleges of Education)
• Have at least 5 O’ level credit passes in one sitting (English and Mathematics inclusive)
• Have a CGPA of 3.5 in a 5 grade system or equivalent in other grade systems.
• Be studying any of the following courses listed above
• Must not be a beneficiary of any other scholarship award, bursary or grant from any other organization.

Benefits

• Scholarship reward is Two hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira (N250,000) annually and renewable yearly until graduation upon maintaining good academic record.

Selection Process

Candidates may be required to write an aptitude test.

• Shortlisted candidates may be required to provide a letter of consent from their parents or guardians.
• Applications are subject to Sohcahtoa Foundation Scholarship Award Terms and Conditions.
