Requirements:
· HND in Procurement and Supply Chain/ Purchasing and Supply from a recognized institution.
· Proven knowledge and experience in related field.
· Must be attentive to details, proactive and innovative.
· Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
· The ability to motivate and lead a team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Check all items invoiced to customers before handing them over to them.
- Ensures the necessary price changes for new stocks are made and entered into the tally.
- Manages stocks received from the warehouse
- Handles returned items from clients and ensures that their accounts are credited by the accounts department.
- Checks all cash and cheque receipt entries made by the cashier before sent to the accounts department.
- Manages the activities of Wholesale Assistants.
- Responsible for all stock accuracies in the branch
- Prepares and submits weekly and monthly reports
