Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase wholesale sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and sales agreements with clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.

Inventory & Supply Chain Management

  • Oversee stock levels to ensure product availability.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Monitor purchasing trends and adjust inventory strategies accordingly.

Financial & Pricing Strategy

  • Set competitive wholesale pricing strategies while maintaining profitability.
  • Monitor sales performance and analyze market trends.
  • Prepare financial reports and forecasts for senior management.

Team Leadership & Customer Service

  • Lead and train the wholesale sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service to wholesale clients.
  • Resolve customer complaints and handle product-related inquiries.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in wholesale management, sales, or distribution.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent understanding of supply chain and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management software.
