Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop user-friendly, responsive websites for Inspire Her Afrika.
- Collaborate with the communications team to ensure the website aligns with our brand, goals, and messaging.
- Implement features such as event pages, blogs, multimedia content, and donation platforms.
- Regularly update and maintain the website to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure the site is always up and running.
- Analyze web traffic and improve user engagement.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 1 year of experience.
- Proven experience in web development (front-end and back-end skills).
- Proficiency in web development tools (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, or other CMS).
- Experience with UI/UX design and mobile optimization.
- Strong understanding of website architecture, security, and performance optimization.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Passion for women’s empowerment and development is a plus.
