Warehouse Supervisor - GH¢5,000.00 - GH¢10,000.00
Successful candidate will be provided with accommodation and one meal every working day.
The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for the following:
1.Responsible for the daily operations of the finished product warehouse, receiving, shipping, system accounting processing, plan docking, team management, and is independent.
2.Carry out daily inspections of the warehouse area and conduct effective assessments of warehouse keepers in the warehouse area.
3.Coordinate the work of various teams within the warehouse, and coordinate with the vehicle team and the receiving, shipping, and data teams to complete daily work tasks as planned.
4.Communication and coordination between foreign-related departments, and daily information communication and docking with customs clearance department, personnel department, safety department, relevant production workshops, transportation, planning and other departments.
5.Analyze and summarize various abnormalities and problems in the warehouse, participate in the core management scope of the Chinese manager, formulate solutions and implement them.
6.Take the initiative to find problems, report them, and solve them. Be proactive in work, not reactive or passive.
Qualifications
1. Have experience in large factory/company warehouse management, familiar with factory logistics model, planning, production, warehousing, and heating preparation.
2. Able to adapt to the shift system, that is, working opposite each other during the day, 12 hours a day
3. Word, Excel, PPT and other mainstream office software operation
4. Strong adaptability, ability to withstand certain pressure, and the courage to take responsibility.
5. Master's degree at least 3 years experience
