Responsibilities:

  1. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and courtesy
  2. Manage our virtual calendar, scheduling appointments, and sending reminders
  3. Provide top-notch customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues promptly
  4. Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping
  5. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  6. Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional client experiences


Requirements:

  1. 2+ years of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role
  2. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  3. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  4. Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and other productivity software
  5. Ability to work independently, remotely, and maintain confidentiality
  6. Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused demeanor
