JOB DESCRIPTION


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist with document preparation, data entry, and maintaining records.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and invoicing.
  • Support internal communication and follow up on assigned tasks.
  • Conduct research and compile reports as needed.
  • Manage online filing systems and ensure information is up to date.
  • Assist with basic customer service tasks and liaise with clients when required.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus but not required.
