Key Responsibilities

  • File & Document Management: Organize and manage electronic files and documents efficiently.
  • Communication Handling: Answer and route phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars for team members.
  • Data Entry & Record-Keeping: Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Research & Reporting: Conduct research on various topics and compile reports as needed.
  • General Administrative Support: Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support team operations.

Qualifications


  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Independent Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Experience: Prior administrative experience is a plus, but not required. This is an entry-level position designed to build foundational skills.
