JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research, create user personas, and define user journeys to inform the design process.
Design wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
Create visually engaging graphics for digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, presentations, and social media assets.
Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all brand touchpoints.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems to ensure consistency and coherence in all design deliverables.
Conduct usability testing sessions and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs.
Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet business requirements.
Clearly communicate design concepts, ideas, and rationale to non-design stakeholders
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and graphic design.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in design or a related field.
Between 2 to 3 years working experience in UI/UX design position.
Portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design and graphic design skills.
Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch,
Photoshop, and Illustrator
Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze data to inform design decisions.
Knowledge of visual design best practices, including typography, color theory, layout, and icon
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Very proactive, strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Experience with agile software development methodologies.
Knowledge of ticketing tools like Trello and Jira.
Candidates with the ability to speak German or are interested in foreign languages are preferred.
Candidates with knowledge and use of multiple skills, tools and software are preferred.
