Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and project requirements.
- Design and deliver wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to improve designs and enhance user experiences.
- Ensure designs are consistent with the company’s brand identity and guidelines.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.
- Excellent video editing skills will be an advantage
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development principles is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
