UI/UX Designer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences across our digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user-centered solutions that meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure a cohesive user experience.
- Analyze user feedback and metrics to iterate on designs and improve overall user satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Portfolio showcasing your design process and projects.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
