Job Summary: The successful candidates will be responsible for generating leads, making cold calls, and closing sales over the phone. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads and identify potential customers through cold calling and other sales techniques
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly basis
Provide excellent customer service and support to customers
Collaborate with other members of the sales team to achieve overall sales goals
Requirements:
Proven experience as a telesales executive or similar sales role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong persuasive skills
Results-driven
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Well organized, and people oriented person
Go-getter and committed person
Education and Experience:
HND/Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
2+ years of experience in telesales or a similar sales role
