- Identify and develop process improvements for Applied's sourcing efforts
- Contact, screen, and interview potential employees
- Utilize data and metrics to improve creative sourcing efforts
- Program manage recruiting operations related projects
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience
- Evidence of a fast growth trajectory at a reputable agency or in-house recruiting experience
- Worked at a venture backed company
Nice to have:
- Previous experience recruiting for the autonomous vehicle field
- Previous experience recruiting for B2B software companies
- Early recruiting team experience
