Reports To: Sales Manager 

Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Technical Sales Trainee to join our Sales team. The successful candidate will undergo comprehensive training in both technical knowledge and sales processes, equipping them with the necessary skills to successfully contribute to the sales team. This role offers a valuable opportunity to develop your career in technical sales and grow within a leading organization. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Product Knowledge: Learn and master the technical specifications and applications of the company's products and services. 

• Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and technical documentation. 

• Customer Interaction: Engage with potential clients and provide them with technical product information, identifying customer needs and solutions. 

• Sales Process: Participate in sales meetings, customer calls, and product demonstrations under the supervision of senior sales staff. 

• Market Research: Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and customer requirements to help tailor sales strategies. 

• CRM Updates: Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system, tracking sales progress and customer interactions. 

• Training & Development: Actively participate in training programs to gain in-depth technical and sales expertise. 

• Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer support and issue resolution. 

Qualifications: 

• Education: A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field is preferred. 

• Technical Aptitude: Strong interest in technology and a willingness to learn technical details about products and services.

 • Sales Interest: A passion for sales and customer service, with the desire to develop a career in technical sales. 

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients. 

• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and offer practical solutions based on customer needs. 

• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work on multiple projects simultaneously. 

Preferred Skills:

• Previous internship or experience in a technical or sales role.

 • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools. 

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
