Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales revenue.
    • Promote and sell technical products or services to existing and potential clients.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement and follow-ups.
  2. Technical Support:
    • Provide in-depth technical knowledge to customers, explaining product features and benefits.
    • Assist clients in selecting the best products or solutions for their needs.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase technical capabilities.
  3. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
    • Address client inquiries, provide prompt solutions, and resolve any technical issues.
    • Gather feedback from customers and communicate it to the product or development teams.
  4. Market Research and Strategy:
    • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer demands to identify sales opportunities.
    • Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to penetrate target markets.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
  5. Training and Development:
    • Stay updated on product developments, industry advancements, and technical trends.
    • Train customers or internal sales teams on product features and proper usage.
    • Prepare and deliver technical training materials when required.
  6. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and technical issues.
    • Prepare reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Sales, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience in technical sales or a similar role (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of technical products or services related to the company’s industry.
