JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties:
Under the direction of Policy Manager, the Consultant will:
- Review and develop analysis on the existing regulations, especially Permenag No 1/2024;
- Develop draft technical gudieline;
- Discuss the draft with relevant directorates for draft inputs;
- Faciltiate workshops to (1) develop outlines and (2) finalisasiton of draft with the key stakeholders particulalry legal section of MoRA;
- Provide monthly progress report and final report to INOVASI and MoRA;
- Other relevant tasks as requested by INOVASI.
Duration of the contract/Timeline:
The duration of the contract is 3 months (April- June 2025) with maximum (up to) 22 days of billable workdays, with a possible of extension subject to satisfactory performance assessment.
Qualifications and Experience:
The consultant will possess the following qualifications and experience:
- At least 5 (five) year experiences in supporting inclusive madrasah program particularly in MoRA.
- Understand MoRA policy and program on the inclusion and student disabilities
- Experience in developing Juknis of GOI regulations.
- Understand MoRA system and strong access to key directorates personnel.
- Show initiatives and strong motivations to meet target and timeline.
