Responsibilities
- Ensuring compliance with strategic project planning and managing its execution;
- Leading the surveying, laboratory, planning, measurement, and budgeting teams to ensure alignment with production objectives;
- Reviewing cost and quantity comparisons based on their significance;
- Collaborating with the Production team on-site to verify and clarify measurements at month-end, identifying and addressing any potential deviations in the report.
Qualifications
- A degree in Civil Engineering;
- Proven experience as an Engineering Director;
- Professional experience in the African market;
- Extensive background in the infrastructure sector, especially in road construction, earthworks, and civil engineering;
- Strong expertise in project planning;
- Experience managing multicultural teams with a focus on achieving results.
