Your Role:
As a Team Lead Regional CRM Manager, you will:
✅ Develop and implement regional CRM strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
✅ Lead and mentor CRM managers, ensuring best practices and performance optimization.
✅ Leverage data analytics to refine customer segmentation and lifecycle strategies.
✅ Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align CRM efforts with business goals.
✅ Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of CRM tools and technologies.
✅ Define and track key CRM KPIs, providing insights to improve performance.
✅ Customize CRM strategies to fit cultural and market-specific needs.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 3+ years of CRM management experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
✔️ Strong expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe Campaign, or similar).
✔️ Data-driven mindset, with a focus on segmentation, lifecycle management, and retention.
✔️ Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
✔️ Ability to collaborate across departments and drive customer engagement initiatives.
✔️ Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
✔️ Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
