Job Description: We seek an experienced and visionary Talent Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in talent management, with a proven track record in retaining and developing top talent, particularly within the Gen Z demographic. As our Talent Manager, you will be pivotal in attracting, nurturing, and retaining creative talent that aligns with our company's culture and vision.

Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top-tier creative professionals.
* Design and execute engagement programs tailored to the unique needs and preferences of employees.
* Lead the recruitment process for creative and marketing roles, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate
experience.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
* Partner with department heads to identify skill gaps and create development plans for team members.
* Implement performance management systems that drive accountability, growth, and continuous improvement.
* Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent management, particularly concerning employees.
* Lead initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, well-being, and work-life balance.
* Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, supporting their professional growth and development.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* A minimum of 7 years of experience in talent management, HR, or a related role, preferably within the creative or marketing industry.
* Demonstrated experience in retaining and engaging Gen Z employees.
* Strong understanding of the unique characteristics, motivations, and expectations of Gen Z talent.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
