Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Sourcing
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
- Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
Candidate Screening & Selection
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Facilitate pre-employment assessments and background checks.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Enhance the organization’s employer brand to attract top talent.
- Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Represent the company at job fairs, recruitment events, and networking opportunities.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Provide guidance on job descriptions, salary benchmarks, and market trends.
- Offer insights on best hiring practices and diversity recruitment strategies.
Data & Reporting
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Generate reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
- Analyze hiring trends and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR-related roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, sourcing tools, and HR technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with employment laws and recruitment compliance.
