JOB DESCRIPTIONS


Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and assess employee needs to align hiring with organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition and hiring strategies.
  • Plan and execute employer branding activities to attract top talent.
  • Utilize HRIS, ATS, and recruitment marketing tools to streamline hiring processes.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates for open positions, including hard-to-fill roles.
  • Conduct detailed hiring needs analyses and provide employee hiring forecasts.
  • Design, plan, and execute selection processes, including interviews, screenings, and administering assessments.
  • Review employment applications and background check reports.
  • Propose strategies to improve employee retention.
  • Supervise and mentor members of the recruiting team.
  • Create and present KPI reports to evaluate and improve recruitment performance.


Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
  • Familiarity with various selection methods, including interviews, assignments, and assessments.
  • Hands-on experience with social media job postings and job boards.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS, ATS, and recruitment marketing tools.
  • Strong ability to motivate and engage employees.
  • A sense of ownership and pride in achieving results that contribute to the company’s success.
