- Sourcing and networking to discover high-caliber candidates, especially through LinkedIn
- Screen and interview candidates using established methodologies, ensuring a quality match for client requirements
- Collaborate with your Account Manager to identify priority clients, essential skill sets, and key market segments.
- Maintain a high level of follow-up with both clients and candidates
- Setting meaningful goals with the team to drive our recruitment success forward
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in recruitment, with a track record of placing top talent
- Experience sourcing candidates from multiple sources
- A persistent and positive attitude with a problem-solving mindset
- Driven to help businesses grow and expand
- Work as a team to efficiently close deals
- Excellent consultative, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects at a time, with excellent organizational skills
- Highly collaborative, and responsive, with excellent communication skills
