  • Maintain a high level of follow-up with both clients and candidates

  • Setting meaningful goals with the team to drive our recruitment success forward

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in recruitment, with a track record of placing top talent
  • Experience sourcing candidates from multiple sources
  • A persistent and positive attitude with a problem-solving mindset
  • Driven to help businesses grow and expand
  • Work as a team to efficiently close deals
  • Excellent consultative, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects at a time, with excellent organizational skills
  • Highly collaborative, and responsive, with excellent communication skills
