What you’ll do (responsibilities)

  • Global end-to-end recruitment for technical talent, focusing on Go to market positions
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles and streamline hiring processes
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future needs
  • Manage relationships with third party recruiters
  • Enhance our employer brand to attract top talent globally
  • Track recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with hiring policies
  • Promote diversity and inclusion in candidate sourcing

What we’re looking for (qualifications)

The ideal candidate for this role should possess:

  • Proven experience recruiting Go to market positions
  • Experience working in high growth SaaS or DeepTech companies
  • Experience enhancing recruitment processes for efficiency and scale
  • Global recruitment experience particularly in North America and Europe
  • Familiarity with ATSs (we use Ashby) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
