What you’ll do (responsibilities)
- Global end-to-end recruitment for technical talent, focusing on Go to market positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles and streamline hiring processes
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future needs
- Manage relationships with third party recruiters
- Enhance our employer brand to attract top talent globally
- Track recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with hiring policies
- Promote diversity and inclusion in candidate sourcing
What we’re looking for (qualifications)
The ideal candidate for this role should possess:
- Proven experience recruiting Go to market positions
- Experience working in high growth SaaS or DeepTech companies
- Experience enhancing recruitment processes for efficiency and scale
- Global recruitment experience particularly in North America and Europe
- Familiarity with ATSs (we use Ashby) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
