JOB DESCRIPTION

 Key Responsibilities: 

  •  Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. 
  •  Maintain accurate records of candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). 
  •  Ensure job descriptions are up to date and jobs posted are on appropriate job boards. 
  •  Assist in drafting and sending offer letters 
  •  Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience. 
  •  Provide timely updates on application statuses and interview outcomes. 
  •  Facilitate pre-employment checks, including background verification and reference checks. 
  •  Support recruiters by sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases. 
  •  Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability before forwarding to hiring managers. 
  •  Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future roles. 
  •  Assist with new hire documentation and onboarding processes. 
  •  Coordinate induction schedules and ensure new employees receive necessary resources. 
  •  Liaise with IT and HR teams to set up employee accounts and access. 
  •  Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports for management. 
  •  Ensure compliance with South African labor laws and company hiring policies. 
  •  Maintain confidentiality and security of candidate information. 
  •  All other duties as assigned by TAS Team. 


Candidate Qualifications

  •  Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field. 
  •  1-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or talent acquisition. 
  •  Experience in a high-volume hiring environment (e.g., BPO, call center, or corporate recruitment) is advantageous. 
  •  Familiarity with ATS software and HR systems is preferred. 


 Skills & Competencies: 

  •  Strong organizational and time management skills. 
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  •  Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). 
  •  High attention to detail and strong administrative skills. 
  •  Professional and confident in engaging with candidates and stakeholders.
