Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate records of candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Ensure job descriptions are up to date and jobs posted are on appropriate job boards.
Assist in drafting and sending offer letters
Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
Provide timely updates on application statuses and interview outcomes.
Facilitate pre-employment checks, including background verification and reference checks.
Support recruiters by sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability before forwarding to hiring managers.
Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future roles.
Assist with new hire documentation and onboarding processes.
Coordinate induction schedules and ensure new employees receive necessary resources.
Liaise with IT and HR teams to set up employee accounts and access.
Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports for management.
Ensure compliance with South African labor laws and company hiring policies.
Maintain confidentiality and security of candidate information.
All other duties as assigned by TAS Team.

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or talent acquisition.
Experience in a high-volume hiring environment (e.g., BPO, call center, or corporate recruitment) is advantageous.
Familiarity with ATS software and HR systems is preferred.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
