JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and applications.
- Monitor system performance and ensure the availability and reliability of IT services.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across systems and applications.
- Perform routine maintenance, backups, and updates to ensure data security and system stability.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing timely resolution to minimize downtime.
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and routers.
- Ensure the organization’s IT systems comply with security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and respond to system alerts, resolving issues proactively.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to plan and implement new technologies.
- Document system configurations, changes, and procedures for future reference.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Proficiency in managing cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Understanding of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and tools.
- Experience with backup and recovery tools and methodologies.
