About the Role
The Sustainability Sector Manager will lead a team technical officers and coaches to directly implement sustainability programs in our cocoa supply chain. Driving our company digitization and innovations in your everyday activity. The sector manager will serve as a bridge between the field and head office and report to the Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all program execution within designated sector
- Supervise technical officers and coaches
- Lead execution of all KPIs (Certification/ Client Program)
- Stakeholder Management
- Ensure SOPs are followed for all activities
- Monitoring and Reporting of activities
- Ensure 100% of farms mapped and farmers digitally on boarded
About You
- BSc. Agriculture or Natural resource management or related field (Maters a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
- Ability plan, co-ordinate and manage diverse teams in order to achieve results
- Good people management skills with strong leadership abilities, problem solving and conflict management skills
- Willing to travel 80% of the time and flexible to relocation and transfer to any of our operational areas
- Relevant knowledge on sustainability in the cocoa sector
- Fluent in English; a local language Twi, a plus
- Must be able to drive and hold a valid driving license
