JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage driver support projects, ensuring all stages are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Define and monitor key performance metrics in English to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement.
- Promptly address issues, identify bottlenecks, and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment, prepare project progress reports, and guide the team in adapting to changes effectively.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, leveraging spreadsheets and other tools to track project status, milestones, and progress.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in driver support or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
- Proficiency in using project management tools, spreadsheets, and documentation software.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment or with dynamic teams.
- Familiarity with project performance metrics and reporting.
- Adaptability to handle evolving project needs and priorities.
