Leads the back-office, logistics, procurement and support team. Defining global objectives and strategies to maximize customers statifaction and answer principles needs. Improving productivity, effectiveness and synergies within the entity, through lean management.

Guarantee of ERP expertise and data conformance
Guarantee of the exhaustiveness of processes and procedures
Ensure conformance of transactions and quality of Data Management
Launch of new applications/discipline
Supply Chain effectiveness, quality, efficiency and compliance
Relevance of procurement strategies stock management actions and quality of tools
Compliance of logistics operations with regulations and driving of regulatory intelligence
Commitment of Operations Department to business continuity with suppliers and customers
Management of the team
Development of talents (recruitment, training), empowerment of middle managers
Monitoring and assessment of people results : productivity and efficiency
Cost Optimization
Optimization of stock rotation, limitation of impairment and rationalization of logistics expenses
Draw up of yearly budgets and KPis and tools to follow costs in detail and assess results
Look for solutions to provide savings (financial, time, energy, resources
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor degree in supply chain or equivalent. Master degree is a plus
8-10 years of experience in Supply Chain;
Operational experience in Supply Chain management;
Experience in managing a budget
Change management experience in supply chain processes;
Management skills;
Ability to influence and achieve results through others;
Ability to liaise with people at all levels both internally and externally;
Broad-based knowledge and understanding of a supply chain function;
