Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Forecast demand and plan inventory levels to meet production and customer needs.
Procurement and Vendor Management:
- Oversee the sourcing and procurement of goods, materials, and services.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.
Logistics and Distribution:
- Coordinate the transportation, storage, and distribution of goods to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor shipping schedules and manage logistics to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Optimize warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control and stock levels.
Inventory and Demand Management:
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
- Implement inventory management systems to track and manage stock accurately.
- Collaborate with production and sales teams to align inventory with demand forecasts.
Cost Optimization and Efficiency:
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs across the supply chain.
- Implement best practices to improve supply chain efficiency and sustainability.
- Monitor budgets and ensure compliance with financial goals.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead and manage supply chain staff, including training and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and customer service.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the supply chain team.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards in supply chain operations.
- Identify and mitigate risks, including disruptions in supply and logistics.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of supply chain software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems).
