Strategy and Investor Relations Lead

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Develop and implement corporate strategies
🔹 Conduct industry research and analyze market trends
🔹 Serve as the primary liaison between CalBank and investors
🔹 Prepare performance and board reports
🔹 Provide financial analysis to support decision-making

Qualifications:
🎓 Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred)
🛠️ 5-7 years of experience in strategy, finance, or investor relations
📊 Strong financial analysis skills and familiarity with performance metrics
💼 Excellent communication and presentation abilities
