Job Summary:
The Storekeeper is responsible for managing inventory and supplies, ensuring the efficient operation of the storehouse, and maintaining accurate records of stock levels. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and inventory reports.
- Ensure the store area is organized, clean, and safe.
- Assist in inventory audits and stocktakes.
- Monitor stock expiration dates and manage perishable goods.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill supply needs.
- Train and supervise junior store staff as required.
- Implement best practices for inventory management and storage.
- Address and resolve any discrepancies in stock levels.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory management is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as needed.

Working Conditions:
- Working in a warehouse or store environment.
- Will involve standing, lifting, and moving items regularly.
- Must adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
