Generate and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring that all financial activities are completed accurately and on time.
Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and information, as well as assisting with tax filings and compliance requirements.
Collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
Verify that all company expenditures, bank deposits, and payments are accurately recorded and posted in the accounting system.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, financial regulations, and best practices to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.
Manage and allocate company assets effectively, ensuring optimal utilization and reporting.
Provide exceptional support to both internal and external customers regarding the use of accounting software, addressing any inquiries or issues that may arise.
Prepare and file tax returns in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
A valid Accounting Certification is required, showcasing your commitment to the profession.
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential for this role.
Experience with various accounting software platforms such as QuickBooks, Odoo, Zoho, Sage, or Netsuite is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions.
