Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations to assess customer needs and propose customized solar energy solutions.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and available financing options.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and contracts.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, products, and government incentives.
  • Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
  • Knowledge of solar energy systems and financing options (training will be provided).
