JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Monitor work progress and provide daily reports to project managers.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and conduct site inspections to maintain quality control.
- Resolve technical issues on-site and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Assist in planning and executing project phases in coordination with engineering teams.
- Maintain proper documentation of construction activities and materials used.
- Support procurement and logistics planning to ensure timely material availability.
Who You Are
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering principles, depending on specialization.
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods, health and safety regulations, and site management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other engineering or project management tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams on-site.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
