Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Showroom Salesperson to join our team in Spintex. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of sales experience and a passion for interior and furniture design. As a key point of contact for customers, you will provide excellent service, assist with product selection, and drive sales within our showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement and Sales:
- Welcome and engage customers visiting the showroom, providing personalized assistance.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture and interior design solutions.
- Build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s product range, including furniture designs, materials, and interior solutions.
- Keep customers informed about product features, pricing, and availability.
- Sales Execution:
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by closing deals effectively.
- Prepare accurate sales invoices and process payments promptly.
- Showroom Maintenance:
- Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Assist in arranging and displaying products to maximize customer interest.
- After-Sales Service:
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Provide information on delivery schedules and installation services.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the design and delivery teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss sales performance and product updates.

Qualifications and Experience:
- 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in interior design, furniture, or a related industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Knowledge of furniture and interior design products is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
