Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly as they enter the showroom.
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed product information and demonstrations.
- Answer questions and address customer concerns with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless checkout experience.
- Answer phone calls and accept online orders, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Collaborate with the delivery team to coordinate the fulfillment of online orders.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers.
- Maintain product displays and ensure that all products are stocked and in good condition.
- Stay up-to-date with product features, promotions, and new arrivals.
- Provide insights and feedback from customers to help improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the team to meet sales targets and objectives.
- Handle any tasks assigned by management within the scope of responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and product information.
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus but not required.
