Drive sales and achieve store targets by delivering excellent customer service and leading the team to do the same.
Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels, ensure stock is replenished as needed, and conduct regular stock checks.
Ensure all products are properly labeled and displayed.
Manage cash handling, oversee daily sales reporting, and ensure the store meets its budgetary goals. Implement cost-saving measures where possible while maintaining a high level of service.
Implement and maintain in-store promotions and marketing campaigns. Ensure all marketing materials are updated and displayed correctly.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Shop Manager or in a similar retail management role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns.
Ability to manage inventory and control costs.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or Retail Management is a plus.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
