Service Engineer
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Responsibilities
- Provide support for the maintenance and repair of Caterpillar equipment under the service contract.
- Ensure thorough job assessments are completed.
- Lead and manage teams of local employees.
- Perform repairs and rebuilds as needed.
- Service mobile plant machinery, including engines, transmission systems, hydraulics, and electronic systems.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years' experience in servicing equipment.
- Strong knowledge of engine, transmission, hydraulic, brake, and electrical systems.
- In-depth understanding of Caterpillar machine systems.
- Proven experience working on Caterpillar equipment within a dealership environment (essential).
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in using computers.
- Safety-certified training.
