RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Oversee the delivery and management of critical communication sites across multiple locations, including Cyprus, Ascension Islands, and Gibraltar. 
  • You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the project aligns with customer requirements, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring positive outcomes. 
  • Managing teams of teams, you’ll lead a workforce of 120, driving performance, ensuring positive profit margins, and managing people effectively. 
  • Take ownership of the project’s profit and loss, ensuring financial targets are met through effective budget management and cost control.
  • Proactively manage risks and operational challenges to maintain service delivery standards across multiple international sites.


Essential experience of the Service Delivery Manager: 

  • Proven experience in delivering operational services, ensuring successful outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to manage profit and loss, with accountability for achieving positive margins
  • Strong people management skills, including experience leading and coordinating multiple teams
