Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our website to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and enhance user experience. You will work on a variety of SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and website audits. If you have a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, SEO tools, and data analysis, we would love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keyword Research & On-Page SEO: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-traffic keywords and optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and URLs for better search engine rankings.
  • SEO Audits: Perform comprehensive SEO audits to identify areas for improvement in website structure, content, and technical SEO. Provide recommendations for optimizing on-page and off-page elements.
  • Link Building: Develop and implement link-building strategies to increase website authority and improve search engine rankings. Identify and engage with high-quality websites for backlinks.
  • Web Analytics: Use web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to monitor website performance, track traffic, and identify trends. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Search Engine Algorithms: Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms and ranking factors to ensure website optimization aligns with best practices and industry standards.
  • Data Analysis & Trend Identification: Analyze website performance data and trends to optimize SEO strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the content and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into web design, content creation, and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • SEO Skills: Strong knowledge of keyword research, on-page SEO, SEO audits, link building, and web analytics.
  • Web Analytics Tools: Experience in using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms to monitor and analyze website performance.
  • Search Engine Algorithms: In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and how they influence search engine results pages (SERPs).
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and identify trends that can drive improvements in SEO strategies and website performance.
  • Certifications: SEO certifications or other related certifications in digital marketing or SEO are a plus.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
