Sell simple products and services directly to customers while following standard protocols. May also involve providing back-office support to a sales team.
Design own monthly schedule and, if necessary, assign work to others in order to speed up office workflow and ensure high-priority tasks get done.
Develop and implement a wide range of sales incentive programs, providing guidance to others on their implementation.
Deliver support services to recruiters through activities such as developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications and screening candidates' résumés and job applications.
Supervise and monitor the work of a team to ensure that processes and procedures are properly implemented and that the team is achieving defined objectives and standards.
Help to prepare product training for specific technical areas following precedents and established procedures; run small training programs (or pieces of larger training programs) for specific areas using prepared content and working under the supervision of senior colleagues.
Develop knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct to ensure own work adheres to those standards. Obtain authorization from a supervisor or manager for any exceptions from mandatory procedure.
