Job Overview:
The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of printers, copiers, and managed print services across B2B, B2C, and Government sectors. This role involves business development, client relationship management, and achieving revenue targets by offering tailored solutions for each customer segment.
Key Responsibilities:
B2B, B2C & Government Sector Sales: Develop and execute sales strategies for business clients, individual consumers, and government institutions, ensuring coverage of all relevant sectors within the office equipment market.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within corporate, retail, and government markets. Build a pipeline of qualified prospects.
Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with decision-makers, ensuring long-term partnerships. Provide excellent after-sales support to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales performance, forecasts, and market analysis to ensure achievement of sales targets.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in sales, with experience in B2B, B2C, and Government sales, preferably in the printing or office equipment sectors.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with experience in selling to different customer types.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
