JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues through resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user stories.
- Conduct regression, performance, integration, and usability testing.
- Participate in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning and daily standups.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test scripts, and test data.
- Ensure continuous improvement of QA processes and workflows.
- Provide detailed feedback and insights to enhance overall product quality.
Who You Are
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer, Software Tester, or similar role in a tech-driven environment.
- Proficiency in automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter).
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and software development life cycles.
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems such as Jira or Bugzilla.
- Experience testing web applications, APIs, and mobile apps is a plus.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities in a remote work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
