Senior PHP / Laravel Developer

JOB DESCRIPTION

About You

• Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure software solutions using PHP and Laravel. 
• Leverage AWS services, including Lambda, to architect and deploy cloud-based applications. 
• Develop and maintain high-quality APIs for seamless system integration. 
• Collaborate with frontend developers to create intuitive and responsive user interfaces. 
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices. 
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security. 
• Document code, processes, and system architecture. 
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

What we look for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• A minimum 5 years of experience in software development using PHP/LARAVEL
• Advanced knowledge in PHP with advanced experience in Laravel. 
• Strong understanding of AWS services, including Lambda, Cloud Watch, and SQS is a strong plus. 
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React.js is a plus. 
• Proficiency in database design and optimization, particularly PostgreSQL. 
• Strong grasp of RESTful API design principles.
