Position Summary
The Senior Manager for Human Capacity Development will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing high-impact training programs that enhance leadership skills for professionals in both the public and private sectors. This role requires a proactive approach to business development, forging new partnerships, and expanding Lead For Ghana’s reach and influence in capacity-building initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for leadership development, a strong understanding of adult learning principles, and a proven track record of securing new business or strategic partnerships.
