JOB DESCRIPTIONS


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic HR Leadership:
    • Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Provide expert guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and organizational design.
  2. Employee Relations and Engagement:
    • Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and high performance.
    • Address employee concerns and manage complex employee relations issues effectively and professionally.
  3. Performance Management:
    • Drive performance management processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
    • Provide coaching and support to managers for effective performance reviews, feedback, and development plans.
  4. Talent Development:
    • Identify and develop high-potential employees through robust learning and development programs.
    • Collaborate with leadership to create career growth opportunities and succession plans.
  5. Change Management:
    • Lead and support change management initiatives to ensure smooth implementation of organizational changes.
    • Provide guidance on communication strategies and employee engagement during transitions.
  6. HR Policy and Compliance:
    • Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date, compliant with local labor laws, and effectively communicated.
    • Monitor adherence to regulations and manage risk in employee-related matters.
  7. Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Use HR analytics and metrics to inform decision-making and provide actionable insights to leadership.
    • Track and report on key HR performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
  8. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
    • Lead and mentor HR team members, fostering professional growth and development.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address organizational needs and drive results.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner or senior HR role.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proven experience in strategic workforce planning and change management.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD) is a plus.
